**ROAD CONSTRUCTION ON VETERANS HIGHWAY**

Starting Monday, April 17, 2017 thru June 30, 2017 the main highway (Veterans Highway) to Taos Pueblo will be closed for public access.  Please use detour routes to access Taos Pueblo.  *Be aware all detour routes are dirt roads ranging from 2-3 miles long, please drive with caution.*

VISITOR DETOUR ROUTES

Entering Taos Pueblo from SOUTH ROUTE/ Town of Taos 

From HWY 64 take slight right onto Veterans HWY (by the Allsup’s Gas Station) 

Take a RIGHT on Goat Springs Rd 

Take a LEFT on Spider Rock Rd

Proceed on Spider Rock Rd for approximately 2 miles

At STOP sign turn left on Rotten Tree Rd and proceed to park in designated Visitor Parking lots.  Parking Attendants will also be in the area to assist you.  

Entering Taos Pueblo from NORTH ROUTE

From HWY 64 take a LEFT on Hail Creek Rd

Take a RIGHT on Veterans Hwy

Take a LEFT on Goats Springs Rd

Take a LEFT on Spider Rock Rd

Proceed on Spider Rock Rd for approximately 2 miles

At STOP sign turn left on Rotten Tree Rd and proceed to park in designated Visitor Parking lots.  Parking Attendants will also be in the area to assist you.


The multi-storied adobe buildings have been continuously inhabited for over 1000 years. We welcome you to visit our village when you travel to Northern New Mexico.

Monday – Saturday 8:00AM – 4:30PM
Sunday – 8:30AM – 4:30PM


Admission:

Adults: $16 per person
Groups (8 or more Adults): $14 per person
Students: $14 per person
Children 10 and under: Free

Photography:

Rules and regulations apply, all photos are for personal use only. Commercial, documentary, educational and/or artist renderings MUST have prior approval and all fees apply inquire within the Tourism Office.

NO PHOTOS OF TRIBAL MEMBERS WITHOUT PERMISSION.
